Here at Bambi, we are a one (wo)man show. Due to being on our own (plus our attention to detail and time we put into every project), we are limited with how many projects and orders we can take on at any one time, which means our lead times and turnaround times can often change. 

If you require a project urgently, please contact us to discuss. We are always happy to accommodate any reasonable request.

We ask that you allow up to two weeks turnaround for all orders. This means that whilst we will do our very best to have your orders into production and dispatched asap, please allow up to two weeks when placing your order to ensure you receive it by the date required. Please note that some items such as our acrylic boxes and wishing wells have a longer turnaround time. Please check the item description if an extended turnaround time is needed. 

We recommend upgrading to Express if possible, as these seem to be delivered within a few days. 

Weddings & Events 

If you have an upcoming wedding or event, and you'd like to work with us, we recommend locking in your date as soon as possible. We require at least four weeks turnaround time for most wedding projects, invitations and on the day stationery and signage.  

 PLEASE NOTE

Please note, as soon as a deposit or full payment is received for your project or order, we schedule you in for our next availability. This means that if we can start your project sooner, we absolutely will.
